between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity,
referred in this agreement as (you, your) and Carlos DaCosta
known as an Author by the name of Al DaCosta, referred in this
agreement as (I, me, we, us, our).
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood,
and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

IN THIS DOCUMENT, THEN YOU SHOULD LEAVE THE SITE AND YOU

The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors
except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by me.

Cookies are small files, (usually text files) that we use and send to your
device to help us to monitor your visit to our Site and remember certain

articles or pages that most interested you, so next time you visit again,

The major difference would make if you rejected the cookies, is that you
will have to go through the process of signing in every time you visit

We do not assume liability for any review or for any claims, liabilities,

PROPOSALS
Even though I am very thankful for any proposal to improve the Site,
but… You must acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments,
suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site
(“Proposals”) provided by you to us the Site are non-confidential and
shall become my sole property. I shall own exclusive rights, including
all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted
use and dissemination of these Proposals for any lawful purposed,
commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to
you. Unless you’ve clearly specified otherwise at the moment of your
Proposals.
SITE MANAGEMENT
I reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
(1) Monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use.
(2) Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole
discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without
limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities.
(3) Manage the Site in a manner designed to protect my/our rights and
property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.
